TV & Newspaper Reports Focus On Oregon Housing Starts

Roy Widing, a local real estate agent and co-owner of Certified Realty, said many of his customers are just looking for a deal. Most have been cash buyers or those interested in seller contracts, where the buyer finances through the seller.

He also said Wilsonville remains an attractive market in general.

“Overall, Wilsonville is in a good spot because most buyers want commutability, affordability and access to major economic centers, which here means near Portland,” Widing said. Continue reading →
